Terms
Last updated 10 October 2026
These are short, plain-language terms for using BusyBeaver. "We" means BusyBeaver. "You" means the company that signs up (the customer) and the people it invites.
1. The service
BusyBeaver is a team chat with an AI helper. It checks who is in a room before the helper answers, sends extra details privately to people allowed to see them, asks for approval before actions, and logs every decision. It runs at app.busybeaver.io.
2. Design-partner status
BusyBeaver is early. Design partners use it to help shape it. Features may change or be removed, the service may be unavailable at times, and we may ask for your feedback. Features marked "Coming" on this site are not built yet.
3. Your data
Your company owns the data it puts into BusyBeaver. We use it only to run the service for you, as described in the privacy page. We delete it when you ask.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not try to read data you are not allowed to see, or data of another company.
- Do not disrupt or overload the service, or try to get around its checks. If you find a weakness, report it to hello@busybeaver.io.
- Do not use BusyBeaver for anything illegal, or to store content you have no right to share.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself. Your company is responsible for the people it invites.
5. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI answers can be wrong; check them before you rely on them.
6. Limit of liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7. Ending
Either side may stop at any time. When you stop, we delete your company's data on request.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. We will tell design partners by email before a change takes effect.
9. Governing law
